Another Piece of My Heart by Jane Green
I read this in two days because Jane Green is one of my favorites.  This is a story that focuses on the life a new step mom and her relationship with her step daughter.  Things get a little messy during the teenage years, so needless to say, they butt heads.  What will this do to her new marriage and can she learn to love her new daughter?  This was a quick read and I loved how Jane Green hooks you into these characters lives right off.  One of my favorites. 5/5 stars

I've Got Your Number by Sophie Kinsella
This is another funny book by Kinsella about a girl who loses her engagement ring and has to pretend she's someone she's not to find a way to get it back.  Most definitely written in the same "ditsy" style, but just good for a quick funny read.  Fun, but not one her best.  3.5/5

Where We Belong by Emily Giffin
Giffin takes a break from marriage problems in this novel and tackles the story of a woman who gave her baby up for adoption when she was 18.  18 years later, at age 36, she receives a knock on the door--her daughter wants to meet her--and she no longer can pretend her past never happened.  This book is told from both perspectives by alternating chapters between the woman and her long lost daughter.  Good read, but I enjoyed her others more.  3.5/5
